RWP manufactures engineered Parabolic Leaf Springs in India for commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, mobile homes, boat trailers, club carts, golf carts, cars, Jeeps, 4×4 applications and specialized cabin suspension systems.
Designed as a technological advancement over conventional multi-leaf springs, Parabolic Leaf Springs use tapered, variable-thickness spring leaves to distribute load more efficiently while reducing unnecessary material and inter-leaf friction. This enables the development of lightweight spring assemblies without compromising the required load-bearing performance when properly engineered for the application.

A properly designed parabolic spring can use approximately 35% less raw material than a conventional leaf spring for a comparable load capacity, depending on the application, spring geometry, material and operating conditions.
RWP manufacturing capability allows customers to specify springs according to their load requirements, vehicle application, duty cycle and expected service life.

For demanding environments, zinc-rich paint systems can be specified for salt-spray performance of up to 500 hours, subject to the selected coating system, preparation process and applicable test requirements.
